This is my 4th visit & each time has been great!
You must try at least 1 cocktail from their seasonal drink menu they are always so good.
Food comes out quickly & fresh. Our bartender always checked on us (I wish I remembered her name)
I have even come to do my school work just to break up my scenery
The parking can be tight, not many spaces close to the entrance. Walking up to the door there is not much color and things are very drab. They can definitely use some curb appeal. Entering the front doors the entrance is a bit trashy, an ATM and a stack of high chairs greet you. Once approaching the host stand, two hostess were sitting to the side rolling silverware. Once we entered the dining area, there are several large TV's surrounding you. On many TV's were very distracting advertising as well as keno screens.
With all that said about the atmosphere that can use many improvements, the food and service were great.
We went late afternoon on Friday and it was a busy spot. Our table had a few of the fun seasonal drinks, Grinch and mistletoe related. As well as some appetizers to share. The beef tips were highly recommended by the waitress, they were just ok. I really enjoyed the fried ravioli, but there are only two large ones. This did make it harder to share, I'd prefer more smaller ones. The cheese curds were good, similar to a mozzarella cheese stick, just in smaller form.
The menu is extensive but a bit disappointing, not any original dishes. Anything you can get here you can get at a traditional bar. I'd like to see more unique items on the menu.
First time there and we were super impressed with the food and the service! Our waitress, Vanessa, was friendly and attentive. When asked for help with choices, she was very helpful with some great recommendations, which we appreciated. We had the carne asada fries appetizer, chicken parmesan, fish tacos, and fish fry. All were generous portions. And all were hot, fresh, and delicious!
The food was good. The prices where decent. We had the artichoke dip for appetizer. That was amazing. Love the home made chips and you get a lot.
I had the shrimp meal with rice and veggies. It was good.
Good kids menu. Drink and dessert come with. I was impressed with that.
Definitely will be going back to try out more.
If your not sure about it. It's definitely worth it.
The service was good and we got our food fast.
Great food and atmosphere. Food was delicious and came out super quick. Got to listen to live music while eating. And we had the best server Brenden who was super friendly and had awesome customer service! Try the Diablo burger but with grilled chicken and the cinnamon waffle dessert. Highly recommend.
We had our first visit here today after wanting to come for months. I was not disappointed! They have great food and JT is a great server!
Highly recommend the southwest egg rolls!
We had a wonderful experience at The Tavern. Our server Devon was truly awesome and very friendly! The food was delicious and we will certainly be back.
Our first time there, but not for the friends we joined for dinner. We were impressed with both the food and the service. Our server, Brenden, was awesome and super friendly. He made great recommendations on holiday drinks and appetizers.
Our friend said he loved everything he’d previously ordered and we tried new entrees that didn’t disappoint either. We had the egg rolls, steak bites, Korean steak sandwich, quesadilla, fajitas, wet burrito and a sampling of their desserts. All were generous servings, hot and beautifully prepared. Everything came out quick yet we never felt rushed even though we lingered close to closing.
The delicious food and great service means we will certainly return in the future.
